Title and Deed Castle Rock REO will transfer title via QUIT Claim Deed. However, buyers are welcome to use a full title closing and castle rock will issue a special or warranty deed if the buyer obtains title insurance. The buyer assumes all closing costs (buyer and seller side). The seller will pay no closing costs seller will pay no prorations taxes or water transfer taxes.
